You've heard the AI pitch. Here's the AI delivery record.
Lawson Group exists because most businesses don't need an AI strategy. They need someone who has actually shipped AI systems people use, and will do it for them without enterprise-consulting overhead.
The person behind it
Jeremy Sheriff
For six and a half years, Jeremy worked at Capco, a global management and technology consultancy, on enterprise implementation for Fortune 500 oil, gas, and energy companies. He spent the last three of those years leading GenAI implementation. These are environments where an AI mistake is not an inconvenience; it is a regulatory event.
What those years taught him: the technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is structuring what a business actually knows so AI can use it reliably. That discipline, knowledge architecture first and automation second, is the core of every Lawson Group engagement.

How we operate
Three rules we don't break
Listen first
Discovery is for understanding your business, not pitching ours. No proposal until we have earned the right to write one.
Your tools, not ours
We build on the stack you already use and pay for. New software is a last resort, not a default.
Ship working systems
Every engagement ends with something your team uses on day one. If it lives in a slide deck, it doesn't count.
